Custom and Bespoke Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom tailoring, custom and bespoke garments are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, we offer the following assurances:
- Fit Adjustments: We will make necessary alterations to ensure proper fit at no additional charge within 30 days of delivery
- Craftsmanship Issues: Any defects in construction or materials will be corrected at our expense
- Multiple Fittings: We include fitting sessions throughout the creation process to ensure satisfaction
Alteration Services
For standard alteration services, the following policies apply:
- If you are not satisfied with the fit after alterations, we will re-do the work at no extra charge
- Claims must be made within 7 days of pickup
- Original receipts are required for any adjustments
Deposits and Payments
Deposits paid for custom orders are non-refundable once fabric has been cut or work has commenced. This policy exists because:
- Fabrics are cut specifically to your measurements
- Custom patterns are created for your garment
- Significant labor is invested in the early stages
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Before fabric is cut: Full refund of deposit minus a consultation fee
- After work has begun: No refund of deposit
- Rush orders: Deposits are non-refundable from the time of order
Damage During Services
In the rare event that your garment is damaged during our services due to our error, we will:
- Attempt to repair the damage at no cost
- If repair is not possible, compensate you for the fair market value of the garment
- Work with you to find a satisfactory resolution
How to Make a Claim
If you have concerns about your order or service:
- Contact us within the specified timeframe for your service type
- Bring the garment to our atelier for inspection
- Provide your original receipt or order confirmation
- Describe the issue in detail
